Banner - Authentication Failed error

Issue Reported: We have had several reports of Banner in PROD not working properly after the latest Chrome update. When this occurs, users are able to login, but when they try to run any forms, they get an Authentication Failed error.

Resolution:

Chrome can be used to access Banner if the updates below are made.

In Chrome, copy and paste the link below into your address bar:
chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check


When you do, you will see a screen like below. The "Local Network Access Checks" - set that to Disabled.
Then, restart Chrome. You should be able to use Banner in Chrome after that.
